On 25th Nov. 2023 The Somalilander community in Cardiff, Wales hosted an event for the Friends Of Somaliland attended by members of the committee, members of the media and the Somalilander community in Cardiff. This followed previous UK tours in London and Coventry where the goal was similar for all events, to spread the aims and objectives of Friends Of Somaliland and to invite other Somalilanders to take part in supporting their Somaliland National Army family members and orphans with various humanitarian, educational, health and social services. The Somalilander community in Coventry, West Midlands organised a great meet-up on Saturday 28th October 2023 for the Friends Of Somaliland community attended in large numbers by members of the Coventry Somalilander community and visitors from London & Milton Keynes. The Coventry landers really did go out of their way to host the visitors and prepare a lot of great food and drinks as buffet for the guests to indulge. The attendees were landers of all ages which contributed to creating a great atmosphere and a family friendly vibe enjoyed by everyone attending. Our  host for the evening was Mr Abdirazaq I. On Sept. 2nd 2023, a fabulous gathering party was held in East London attended by a large number of Somalilanders from all corners of London to announce the Friends Of Somaliland community initiative to the public successfully.
